Why did you choose the MS Health Communication program at Northwestern University?
Health care is so complex which is why there are many inherent problems within the system. It seems that one of the major contributors to medical errors and patient dissatisfaction is directly related to inefficient communication. This program seems to be the right fit for me because I wanted to choose a program that focuses on improving communication within health care to solve these issues. I am a kinesthetic learner, so I appreciate how I can begin applying the lessons learned in class to the workplace.  It is also reassuring to see the vast resources Northwestern provides for their students.  This program really caters to the needs of its students and ensures we are prepared to succeed in class and beyond.
