What are your favorite Chicago activities? Spending time on the lakefront path and exploring the East Lakeview and Lincoln Park neighborhoods.

Did you work full time through the program?
Yes! I worked full time, as did the majority of my classmates. It is reasonable but will require you to prioritize and focus on what is most important to you. Some weeks are more difficult than others, but looking back – I wouldn’t have changed a thing! Our cohort became very close over the quick year!

Professionally, what are you doing now?
I’m continuing in my role as a Manager at a healthcare management consulting firm. I focus on quality improvement, market entry, and strategic execution.

How has the program changed the way you view healthcare?
The program definitely opened my eyes to other facets of the healthcare industry. Spending a year of Saturdays with classmates who had diverse backgrounds including pharmacy, hospital management, providers, and advertising provided me with an expanded perspective on the healthcare industry.

Did you discover anything new or unexpected at Northwestern?
The alumni network has been and will continue to be a great resource. I am proud to be a NU Wildcat and look forward to helping other future Wildcats in the future!
