Course Schedule

Northwestern operates on the quarter system. The fall, winter and spring quarters are 10 weeks long and the summer quarter is 8 weeks long.  Students usually complete the degree in one year, but have the option to complete the program part-time within five years.  Calendar 2021-2022

  • 9:00am – 12:00pm  U.S. Healthcare System – Dr. Liss = 1 credit
  • 1:00pm – 2:00pm  Proseminar – Kim Cornwell = 0.25 credits
  • 2:00pm – 5:00pm. How Interaction Works – Dr. Lambert & Dr. O’Keefe = 1 credit
  • International Student Course = *0.75 credits* 
  • 8:30am – 11:30am  Difficult Conversations – Dr. Scherr = 1 credit
  • 1:00pm – 2:00pm  Proseminar – Kim Cornwell = 0.25 credits
  • 2:00pm – 5:00pm  Engaging Patients in Healthcare – Dr. Clayman = 1 credit
  • International Student Course = *0.75 credits* 
  • 9:00am – 12:00pm  Changing Health Behavior – Dr. Walter = 1 credit
