CAPS serves as the primary mental health service at Northwestern University with offices on both the Evanston and Chicago campuses. CAPS provides a set of core services, including clinical services, educational workshops, and consultation with faculty, staff, and parents. Northwestern Career Advancement (NCA) offers free career counseling catered specifically to current graduate students. Career counseling is a confidential and supportive process through which each student works with a counselor to explore career options and make career decisions. Students work at their own pace on the parts of the career planning process appropriate to their needs.

The MSHC Program organizes a variety of social events and activities throughout the year. NU Health Services provide quality physical and mental care to NU students. Students have access to a variety of health services such as vaccinations, appointments, and lab testing, to name a few.
