Arrival:
All graduates should arrive between 12:45pm – 1:15pm CST at the Vail Chapel. We will line graduates up according to last name at 1:20pm CST.
Guests of graduates should arrive before 1:45pm CST and be seated in Alice Millar Chapel.
Ceremony Agenda:
- 12:45pm-1:15pm – All graduates should arrive in this timeframe at the Veil Chapel
- 1:45pm – Guests of graduates should arrive and find seating in the Alice Millar Chapel
- 1:50pm – Graduates are all lined up and ready to enter Alice Millar Chapel
- 2:00pm – 3:00pm:
- Welcome address by Dr. Kimberly Pusateri
- Message from Dr. Nathan Walter
- Message from Dr. Jan Berger (Keynote)
- Dr. Pusateri presents students for their degrees
- Message from Kimberley Cornwell
- Dr. Pusateri provides closing remarks
- Graduates stay in Alice Millar Chapel for a professional group photo. Guests may exit the Alice Millar Chapel and follow signs to the reception in Parkes Hall.
- 3:00pm – 4:30pm – Reception with desserts and champagne in Parkes Hall (adjacent to Alice Millar Chapel)

- Lakefront parking (1700-1800 Sheridan Road)
- 2 hours or 4 hours parking limits – $2.00 or $3.00 per hour.
- On street parking heavily monitored by Evanston parking enforcement.
- The lakefront is about 5–7-minute walk to Alice Millar Chapel
